These terms govern your use of the Tylor mobile app and this website. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. Description of service
Tylor is a business management tool for fashion designers, tailors, and fashion house owners — for tracking customers, measurements, orders, and payments.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account, and you're responsible for activity on your account and any staff accounts you create. You must be operating, or preparing to operate, a fashion business to use Tylor.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Tylor offers a Free plan and a Premium plan at ₦4,000 per month. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not end your current billing period early — you keep Premium access until it expires. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the customer, order, and payment data you enter into Tylor. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to store your customers' personal information in the app.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Tylor for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Use the WhatsApp reminder feature to send unsolicited or unrelated messages — it exists to send payment reminders to your own customers, and use must comply with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Tylor and delete your account at any time from within the app.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Tylor is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Tylor is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tylor after a change means you accept the updated terms.
